LifeVantage Announces Board Expansion

LifeVantage Corporation, the manufacturer of science-based solutions to oxidative stress, announced today that its board of directors will be joined by C. Mike Lu, an independent investor, Kay Stout Manovich, founder of Kay Strategic Branding, and Douglas C. Robinson, CEO of WorkWell Systems.

The new additions broaden the range of expertise in corporate governance and oversight, management and financial operations, as well as business development. David W. Brown, President and CEO of LifeVantage stated: "We are delighted to welcome Mike, Kay and Doug to our Board of Directors. They bring tremendous knowledge and expertise within their respective fields. "We believe their experience will be an important asset as we seek to continue the rapid expansion and growth of our business." Mike Lu has been involved with investment analysis and portfolio management for over 20 years and is currently an independent investor in public markets and private equity. Mr. Lu managed the Janus Global Technology Fund from 1999 to 2006.

Kay Stout Manovich is a branding strategist, with more than 30 years of experience in comprehending, analyzing and improving brand communications and has worked behind such companies as: Coca-Cola, Kodak, Pizza Hut, Gerber, RadioShack, Neutrogena, Frito-Lay, Wacoal, Maybelline, Amore Pacific and Healthline.com.

Douglas Robinson is the CEO of WorkWell Systems, a medicine and workers' compensation solutions company, and a long time Healthcare industry executive. Mr Robinson has over 20+ years of experience having served with multiple companies and health administrations and has been vital in guiding some of the earliest total replacement consumer-driven healthcare efforts for several Fortune 500 employers.
