Melaleuca Wins Ruling Against Defamation Claim
After a prolonged three year legal battle between Melaleuca and a former employee, a judge delivered a 34-page ruling on Tuesday in the Seventh Judicial District court dismissing all remaining claims by Jeff Wasden.
Wasden had filed suit claiming that Melaleuce slandered his name.
CEO Frank Vandersloot commented that the litigation had no impact on Meleleuca's business.
