Mannatech Launches NutriVerus Multi Nutritional Supplement

COPPELL, Texas, Apr 23, 2012 -- Mannatech, Incorporated, the leading innovator and provider of naturally sourced supplements based on Real Food Technology(R) solutions, officially launched its newest nutritional supplement, NutriVerus powder, at the company's MannaFest 2012 convention, April 12--14. NutriVerus powder contains essential vitamins and minerals, antioxidants, glyconutrients, stabilized rice bran and organic fruits and vegetables. All active components of the product come from natural, real-food sources. The supplement is available in powder form and is designed to be flavor-neutral so it can be easily added to any drink or meal, boosting the nutrition of anything you eat.

At MannaFest 2012, the product was made available for purchase by event attendees, along with several other Mannatech products. Total sales onsite at the event's storefront were up 76% from MannaFest 2011 sales and up 96% from MannaFest 2010 sales. Sales from NutriVerus powder account for much of this increase, making up approximately 46% of the total sales at the 2012 event.

"NutriVerus powder offers nutrition the way your body wants it," said Mannatech CEO and Chief Science Officer Dr. Robert Sinnott. "This product is the culmination of more than six years of research and development and represents the best of Mannatech's technologies in a single product. NutriVerus powder leverages the technologies of more than 60 global patents. Mannatech has always been known as innovators in nutritional supplementation, but with NutriVerus powder, we are moving boldly into a new era of value innovation. This will allow us to make our unique, pioneering technologies available to more people in more markets."

NutriVerus powder will be available for sale on May 1, 2012, in the United States. Mannatech will launch the product in its other 21 markets throughout the rest of 2012 and the first part of 2013.
